SELF-PACED ONLINE CLASSES
Where: Online (Email) When: Anytime! Self-paced online classes are such a great way to learn. These classes are ones I have retired from my Good Morning Creativity! interactive series. They have the same content with a few changes to adapt to a self-paced format. You will receive 12 prompts through email to do as quickly or slowly as you want. SELF-PACED CLASS #2: All About You
What could be better than an entire class all about you? Through questions, prompts, tips, music, writings, readings, quotes and art lessons, you will have a chance to think deeply and create pages about yourself, what you love, what you care about, and more. Take a deep breath, focus on yourself, and get ready to be creative. All About You is an online self-paced art journaling class. Art journaling is about self-care, self-expression and self-awareness. Designed and inspired to help students learn about themselves through art, this class encourages you to create your very own art journal pages while having fun, de-stressing a bit, and learning some new art techniques at the same time. Give yourself a gift. Sign up. Take time for yourself. Open your journal and start thinking all about you.

SELF-PACED CLASS #3: Nurture Yourself
Nurture Yourself gives you a chance to take a deep breath, focus on yourself, be creative and ask: How do I nurture yourself? Through questions, music, writings, readings, quotes and art lessons, you will think about this question within the pages of your art journal. Nurture Yourself is an online self-paced art journal class. Designed and inspired by the way I look at the world and my own artistic style, the class encourages you to create your very own art journal pages while learning a bit about yourself in the process. Ask yourself: What do you do to nourish yourself and your creative side? Gift yourself an artist date with yourself and jump in! You are worth it!

Supply List:
These are just suggestions .... medium-size wire-bound sketchbook (I prefer 6x9'') with paper weight of 80-100 pounds so the pages stay flat and markers don't seep through, a pen that feels good to you, markers/colored pencils, double-sided tape, glue stick, watercolors and a paintbrush or two, scissors, and tearable magazines. Testimonials from past classes: "I loved Jessica's class. It opened up an unselfconscious side of my creativity that was surprising and empowering ... Jessica's light touch encourages you to venture into places you might not otherwise." (Grace) "I was surprised and pleased by how much I got out of this online course. I looked forward to getting the assignments and they helped me stay creative this summer." (Trish) "I thought about art every day ... I felt like my brain was really "firing" on the art topic and I was seeing art in found objects, patterns I saw on my daily walks." (Terri) |
